Kristy Rebenchuk, RSW, MSW

Kristy is a compassionate master’s level registered social worker with over 15 years of experience, dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. Having worked both internationally and across Canada, she has supported clients through struggles like eating disorders, grief, addiction, mental health issues, complex trauma, and relationship difficulties. Kristy works with clients of all ages, from children to adults, and tailors her approach to meet the specific needs of each stage of life.

Rooted in a holistic approach, Kristy uses a bio-psychosocial-spiritual lens to view each person as unique. Her therapeutic methods include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and mindfulness, providing a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their emotions, uncover strengths, and move toward healing. With empathy and compassion, Kristy helps clients rediscover hope and supports them every step of the way in building a brighter future.

Hi, my name is Kristen. I am a compassionate and client-centered Registered Clinical Social Worker (RSW) with 15 years of experience providing evidence-based mental health support to diverse populations. I received a Diploma in Child and Youth Care Counselling from Mount Royal University (2006), a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Manitoba (2009), and my Master of Social Work from Dalhousie University (2015).

I have worked across Western Canada in various settings, including child welfare, the school system, the justice system, and the hospital (specifically, cancer care and the mental health system). I have had the privilege of walking alongside many individuals during their most difficult moments.

I am skilled in individual, group, and family therapy with expertise in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, eating disorders, and parent-child relationships. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and strengths-based approaches to empower clients toward resilience and self-determination. I have a strong background in crisis intervention, case management, and multidisciplinary collaboration. I am committed to ethical practice and fostering safe, inclusive therapeutic environments

Ciji Khan, BSW, Masters in Counselling

Ciji Khan is a Registered Social Worker in Manitoba with over 15 years of experience helping individuals through life’s challenges. With a background in working with high-risk youth in child welfare and adults in the justice system, she has expertise in mental health, addiction, homelessness, trauma, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Her diverse experience allows her to support both children and adults with compassionate, individualized care.

Ciji’s therapeutic approach is person-centered and strength-based, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as her main methods. Through CBT, she helps clients understand how their thoughts and emotions affect behavior, encouraging healthier thinking. EMDR assists clients in processing triggers and replacing negative thoughts with positive ones. Ciji offers a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can be authentic, and she is committed to guiding them on their path to healing and growth.

Donna Youngdahl, MMFT, RMFT-SQ

Donna Youngdahl is our new Registered Marriage and Family Therapist (RMFT) at ALN Wellness Clinic. She specializes in helping people navigate inner conflicts, ambivalence, unwanted emotional cycles, unsatisfying relationships, and work-life imbalances with compassion and practical tools.​

Donna supports individuals, couples, families, children, youth, and seniors from diverse backgrounds, including the 2SLGBTQI+ community. She helps with trauma, relationship challenges, eating disorders, addictions, anxiety, depression, communication, and parenting concerns.​

Her flexible, client-centered approach draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, mindfulness, and more—tailored to your needs.​

Hi, I’m Lara, a Registered Social Worker with the Manitoba College of Social Workers. I hold a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Manitoba and a Master of Social Work from the University of Calgary.

I believe that people already carry strengths, insight, and resilience—even when life feels overwhelming or uncertain. My role is to help you reconnect with those strengths while offering practical support, compassionate listening, and space to explore what’s getting in the way.

I work from a strengths-based, person-centred, and trauma-informed approach, supporting youth and young adults (ages 16–29) who may be navigating anxiety, emotional stress, eating disorder recovery, identity exploration, or major life transitions. I also bring experience working alongside immigrant and refugee youth, with a deep respect for cultural identity, lived experience, and the challenges that come with adaptation and change.

Kelly Ferguson MMFT

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families navigating a wide range of life challenges. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience into the therapy space. I have extensive experience supporting individuals in recovery from addiction and enjoy working with the emotional patterns and underlying wounds that often show up in relationships, coping strategies, and self-understanding.

I support clients with concerns including trauma, inner-child healing, emotional regulation, anger management, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, disordered eating, relationship challenges, communication difficulties, and parenting concerns. My work often focuses on helping people build self-compassion, strengthen healthy boundaries, and develop more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.

My approach is systemic and attachment-based, and I integrate evidence-based modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS/parts work), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, mindfulness, and self-compassion practices. I work collaboratively and flexibly, tailoring therapy to your unique strengths, values, and goals
